This study examined the effectiveness of using technology-based interactive learning video to improve student motivation in Learning English at SDN 50 Bengkalis. The objective of this study is to determine the level of learning motivation among third-grade students at SDN 50 Bengkalis through the use of technology-based interactive learning video. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with a one group pre-test and post-test. The sample consisted of 53 students selected using cluster sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis, such as the t-test, with a significance level (α) of 5% or 0.05. The results of the study show that students' motivation levels prior to the use of interactive video-based learning technology were 40.78, which falls into the moderate category. Meanwhile, the pre-test scores increased to 59.85, which falls into the high category. The use of interactive video-based learning technology significantly increases students’ motivation to learn English. Based on the results of the t-test, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of technology based interactive video is effective in increasing the student’s motivation to learn English among third-grade students at SDN 50 Bengkalis
